The agreement is developed according to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan 'On Personal Data'.

Registration and provision of data is considered full and unconditional acceptance.

SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The Applicant provides personal data, the Company — reviews and offers cooperation.

Rights and Duties of the Applicant

  • Read the terms before concluding the agreement.
  • Provide accurate and true information.
  • Consent to the processing of personal data.
  • Provide color scans of original documents.
  • Notify PLUSMED of dismissal within 3 days.
  • Upload workplace certificate every 6 months.
  • Obtaining 'Specialist' status grants the right to use the service for consultations.

Rights and Duties of the Company

  • Process data within 10 working days.
  • Inform via PLUSMED/SMS/Email.
  • The Company has the right to refuse without explanation.
  • The Company is not responsible for the quality of the specialist's services.
  • Upon approval, provide an electronic agreement.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The Company undertakes to keep data confidential.

Transfer to third parties — only with the applicant's consent.

Both parties undertake to maintain confidentiality.

LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

Liability is determined by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

FORCE MAJEURE

The parties are not liable under circumstances of force majeure.

Performance deadlines are extended for the duration of such circumstances.

A party must notify the other within 3 days.

OTHER CONDITIONS

The agreement is public and published on the website.

Concluded in the manner described in the preamble.

The agreement is indefinite, termination with 3 working days notice.

Additional agreements are an integral part.

Disputes are resolved through negotiations.

If not settled — court proceedings.

Claim review period — 15 working days.
